I think that the workers should honor the supposed hours of operation. I live 15 minutes away and just hurried to get there and I arrived at 6:40 just to find out that the store is already closed and locked up. I get a specific product that only they carry around here so because of the employee's not going with the "hours of operation" I get to wait for something that I shouldn't have to wait for.

Went there to buy pods for my Novo vape pen. After looking online, I expected to find three packs of ceramic pods for seven to twelve dollars.they lied to me upon entering and told me they could not get the three packs and they only sold them individually.I know this because I have bought three packs and what he handed me was cut off the end of a three-pack with a pair of scissors. They charge roughly $6for a single one, and when I inquired about the three packs, he said that they couldn't get them.this was despite the fact that it was obviously cut out of a three-pack. He took it out of a small plastic bin containing many pods that were identically cut. I ended up going to the tobacco shop across town by Subway, and I found three packs for 12 to $13. These people are pretty much scamming folks.I am including a picture. On the right is the package from the single pod I bought from them. On the left is a three-pack that I bought from the tobacco shop across town. Keep in mind that they are making an extra $5 on each 3 pack by pulling this scam. Also, the three packs like they are cutting up, come sealed in an outer package with its own UPC.they are not labeled for individual sale, and therefore, not authorized.

This place is very low standard. I waited 1 week for a particular order. I was assured they would provide a variety and when I got there they provided one option and expected me to believe that's all they could obtain. The bottom line is they didn't want to look hard enough for what I required. I won't be bothering with this place in the future because they possess nothing I can't purchase at your typical gas station or convenience store.

I've been in this store many times and only had 1 bad encounter. I always bought a carton of cigs and a couple of buckets of chew. Then one day I go in ask for a carton of my cigs I smoked then seen them when she pulled the curtain back so she then told me she couldn't sell them to me (last carton they had) because she was keeping them for her friend to buy. I just looked at her in shock then turned and left. I quit going in there for a few months then I quit smoking cigarettes all together still have to go in there to buy chew for my boyfriend though. But for my tobacco products I now order those.

Very rude every time I'm their store..obviously the girls behind the counter don't like their job. I asked for a quote over the phone and she told me she couldn't give prices over the phone ..which that was OK but then she rudely hung up on me. They will not get any more of my bussiness..
