The owner & staff are always so friendly. A few times I've shown right after he has locked the doors to close & he has always unlocked the doors & let me make my purchases & he does it w/ a smile. Most stores now a days refuse to help customers when it's closing time & they're always so rude about it. All people who work retail should take a lesson or 2 from Tobacco Man!

First time customer, was impressed with selection and price of RYO tobacco. Staff was very helpful and knowledgable. Reasonable prices also. Will definately shop there again. Thank you tobacco man :)
