Reasonable prices, excellent service, and local friendly staff. If you are looking to buy furniture look local you won't be sorry. The minute I walked in the door I felt welcome and wasn't pressured with a high pitch sale like you would get in the big box furniture stores. Will be doing business with them again.

My husband and I have been very satisfied with the customer service, quality of the furniture, and the overall “part of the family” care that we have received at King’s furniture. We get so many compliments on the furniture. Carrie and Jason go above and beyond to make sure that they match the furniture to your style. We highly recommend them for all of your furniture needs. No one in Toledo can beat their customer service.

I would NEVER recommend buying anything from any Kings furniture shop. They are friendly when you walk in , and helpful when you order and pay for your order . Then they are the most incompetent, rude, uncaring, and biggest liars I have ever heard! I paid in full for a sectional couch and a dinning room table and chair set. Total was just barely under $5,000.00 . Paid in full for my order. Was told it might take up to 6 weeks to get my new furniture. Ok, I did order special fabric on both, no problem. 8 weeks later I was getting excuses of why it was late. Then after I find out it was at their store for a week, I get it and they ordered it wrong. My sectional came with two left ends. No way to put them together!!!! So we start over. The owner comes to the house... “ what can we do to make this better? “ We work out a deal where they give me an extra piece to go in the sectional and the owner would keep me posted on when it was coming. Well, after 6 weeks came and went and I still didn’t hear anything I called the Fremont store and talked to them. The line I got was and I quote “ well it might be here next week but you know how those truckers are.... they get tired come Thursday and don’t want to deliver until the next week, so maybe I will know something by next Monday” ... The next Monday I did get a call that after 17 weeks I would finally get my furniture, but I have to say , I didn’t even write all the BS they gave me along this 17 weeks, I will NEVER order anything from Kings furniture again !!!!
