Went here to surprise my fiance with a little holiday gift. Had everything I was looking for and very knowledgeable about the questions I had. Friendly staff, willing to help. And reasonable prices. I will most definently be here again!

Hands down best smokeshop in Cleveland. Great selection and quality pieces. They also sell authentic raw products; not the knock-off ones I find at gas stations. Loyal customer and I tell my friends about them whenever the opportunity arises.

Tried to call and also ask a ? On google before I drove here but noone answers phone or messages. Place was full. I stood in line for 20 m in minutes as the clerk took a couple and a man who clearly walked in after me just to find out the only kratom extract they have is a cheap knock off not actually kratom. Thank goodness twisted in the heights is finished moving and unpacking.

Hey, went to buy kratom and incense. My first time there and I love the kratom strain selections, the service was awesome and funny. The guy has a wonderful sense of humor and knowledge. Also, it was easy to find, and parking was easy as well.
