This is our most favorite WB store! Very helpful and friendly staff. We shop there a lot, so we're known and treated like friends. We always get great customer service. They have the best deals, better than the other smoke shops in the area!

This store compared to the one on Hamilton road is SO SO SO much better. Here they treat you like actual human beings. My husband & I were greeted as soon as we walked into the door and staff was super helpful. The other store treated us like we were planning on stealing something and wouldn’t let us hold nor look at anything which was ridiculous. Will definitely be returning here compared to the other one!
