Personally I would rate it negative 1 star. I have been here 4 times in 2 weeks and they are always out of the most popular selling tobacco. The manager reccomend there "house" tobacco claiming that it was just as good. What a complete lie and waste of money. The product feels stale and too dry. The bag was 33% stems and sticks and poked holes in half the tubes I rolled. Upon my return the manager tried to tell me the holes were not caused by the product. I have never had an issue previous to using their product. I will never go back.
