Always a great experience. I have been a customer for the last 13 years or so. Great selection of cigars. Dave and his son Dave Jr. always keep my favorites on hand. You are not just a customer, you are made to feel like family.

The customer service I received on July 17, 2015 at ~noon was poor. Lazy, uninterested, with alot of attitude would be an accurate description.
