Not a bad-looking shop, but terrible customer service, I'm afraid. Even when you almost expect lazy, apathetic behavior from many shopkeepers these days, this shop is exceptional in its poor treatment of the customer. These folks are the classic example of why Amazon is running the show. It should be easy to please a local walk-in customer. Too bad.
