The owner has always been very nice but i do not recommend their vape products. She will not stand behind the product shes selling, wouldnt honor refund with receipt for 2 vape pens that didnt work. I purchased 2 vape pens and never got to use either 1 due to them seperating and breaking. Ill be contacting the supplier Westside vapors out of massilon on navarre rd.
