Too corporate to be a good shop. You won't find what you're looking for and if you do it's insanely overpriced. Do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5-10 minutes to a real head shop like trippy's, puff'n'stuff, or sunshine just to name a few..

Made a purchase went to the car decided I could go somewhere else and get the same product or something else for cheaper, more of a variety so I can get the color I actually want. I didn’t even get in my car before I walked back in and asked to return it. They refused to let me return something I literally only took a step out of the building with. Ive been a loyal coustumer for years but this does not make me happy. Puff n stuff may be a little more pricey but the products are made better and are definitely worth it. Plus they allow you to return something you decide you don’t want to keep.

Edit: edited my previous 5 star review down to 1 star. I bought a down stem for my water pipe from here and the bottom of the stem doesn't fit through any water pipes. Out $15 for a useless down stem. Called and asked the store for some type of discount the next time I shop there and they only offered a 10-20% discount on another $15 down stem. Disappointed with this place. Will not shop here anymore. They do not care about loyal customers.
