If this place would open before 10 in the morning it would get a lot more of my business but since they don't I'm going somewhere else . I can't tell you how many times I've been there and they're not open till 10. my day doesn't start at 10 it starts at 6 so doesn't really work for me.

The very attractive lady (Jaime) that helped me pick out cigars from the wide selection available was both helpful and attentive. Any time I visit the store the associates inside are always so pleasant and helpful. Sometimes I know exactly what I want before I go inside, but not always. One could be taken aback by such a large selection packed into such a tiny space. I may try this vaping soon so...I'll return soon! When I do, I sure hope Jaime is there!

I don't care what a store has to offer but if it can't offer good customer service it's not worth shopping there. I've read some of these reviews and it seems I'm not the first one to be laughed at. I can't believe some people have the nerve to talk negative about you in front of other customers. Never again and I hope you wise up about how to treat people and if not, I hope your small business fails!

Horrible customer service, just bought a vape there for $100 and it leaks, They would no let me return it and get my money back, very rude manager and very rude lady at the counter. I dont advise shopping there, if something is broken, you wont get your money back. Ill make sure the BBB is contacted about this business
