Poor sales practices, heavy markups, extremely poor quality products. Do not recommend. They wrapped up my purchase so that when I tried to unwrap it, the item fell 6 inches onto my table and broke. At least they could have separated the two pieces so they wouldn't bump each other.. Yet they said it was the toughest glass for my money. Never again, and I grew up a mile from here

Super high mark up in all merchandise and staff is extremely pushy with sales with out having a lot of knowledge about the heady glass community. Just a FYI the grinders they have for 59$ you can get on amazon for 16$ Shipping included.

I've been going here for years for all my adult needs front room and and back ;p Staff is super helpful, love every purchase I've made, I've never had a complaint a single visit. I made the mistake of going to Sharonville ONCE, won't do that again. Will definitely continue to shop at the Boutique and nowhere else.

Store has great things to offer, but the staff is constantly up your ass trying to take everything you want up to the counter instead of just normally shopping around. They forgot multiple things when we checked out and im not sure if they get robbed a lot or what but they need to chill out. Made it a very uncomfortable experience. Probably won't come back.

I absolutely love this store, always have. Today I went in and was taken care of by an older gentleman with a cute grey beard. He was so very helpful and it was so nice to be able to ask the questions I need for my medical marijuana card. It's hard to find places that have the proper knowledge of the products and what I need for the medications I use. I wish I would have asked this guys name because I hope he works there for awhile because I will continue to go there just to have him help me!!! To the scruffy older gentlemen..... YOU ROCK!!!

Really glad I went to Unique Boutique to get a new piece of glassware. They had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. They have a big selection and about anything you could want in a head shop. Friendly staff and good vibes.
