Nice, clean store with friendly staff. Can get rather busy during the summer months. I prefer this Family Dollar over the nearby Dollar General.

Bought some items that had mold and broken they refused to refund us our money and basically said tough luck. They were very very rude.

Products are consistently junk. Cheap is okay, I expect cheap from a place like this. Avoided this place for a long time but decided to give it a chance again since it's under new management. The aisles are overstocked and crowded. Store itself has made some aesthetic improvements but this does not compensate for the further deteriorated quality of their stock. Since Dollar Tree took over, it seems the quality has gone down hill. I bought a water pitcher that did not hold water. Bought a fan that had already been returned damaged once (obvious upon unpacking) and was given a hassle over exchanging the product, clerk became indignant and suggested I had broken it myself. Three purchases I've made there, the third one included a bottle of badly expired body wash and an outdated candy bar. The only advantages this store has over it's neighbor is its larger selection of clothing, shoes, and cheap home decor. You'll also wait longer in line at Dollar General, but at least you'll get better service.
