Walked in got a product before getting in truck seen they gave me the wrong product walked back in showed her she said oh ya I asked her to pls exchange them and was told all sales are final. Wow I had to pay you 5 bucks to walk out your door and walk 10ft during Corona several times and then this. Will definitely take our business elsewhere..

Vape & Smoke's Defiance location is kept in tip top shape. They have an amazing management team. Jake Leveck has always been so patient and kind to me and every other customer I have seen him take care of. Matty and Sydni are both very knowledgeable and quick learners! As well as that new boy who's been working there. 5 star review for a 5 star company and workers!
