Bought a lighter here recently that doesn't work. At all. It's a decent $20 torch lighter. The girl who sold it to me even knew it might not work when she sold it to me. I took it back the next day and was told no returns. I understand that for most of the items there you can't bring them back. But I'm pretty sure selling a lighter, saying it's a lighter that lights, and works, that does nothing, is against the law. It simply does not work as described. So even with a no return policy, they have to replace it or refund my money. I was told to come back on Monday when I get off work to talk to corporate. I'm not even giving them a hard time. I still want the lighter. I just want one that works. We will see how it goes.

Cozy place. The staff are nice and informative. Usually only one worker though, so long waits for help happen.

Bought a defective vape pen, and never even left the shop before I found out it didn't work, yet they refused to replace it . Terrible service

Its mostly a head shop. Sort of like Quonset Hut. Some of their novelty drinks do not work.
