Kari was great both times I’ve been in very personable and easy to talk to she knows the products quite well. The store itself has very nice selection if you are in the market for a new piece and has a cool atmosphere with a blacked out/black light theme. As compared to other smoke shops in the area the selection has a much better price range when looking for a quality item.

Always my go to spot for anything smoke-related. Great service, prices, and selection. The staff knows what they’re talking about too. Erin helped me the other day find the perfect sized downstem replacement without anything more than a picture, that’s impressive. Highly recommended!

If you go here, ALWAYS TAKE THE RECEIPT. Half their products don't work and if you don't test it "in their stores" they won't refund you or replace it. Save your money and head elsewhere unless this place is quickly convenient. Basically E-cig convenience store, if its out your way most other places are better anyways. Notice every other review sounds like their 1st time there, Im a consistent customer and this happens to often.

I went in and had no idea what I was talking about and Kari helped me out BIG TIME! She was super friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t judge me at all when I asked stupid questions! I will definitely be returning!
