Great shop and great staff. Young man behind the counter yesterday was a new employee and I will tell you I would go back any time he works. His enthusiasm was infectious and welcoming. He fits well with the rest of the top quality staff at Sams.

Over priced cheap inventory. Bought 2 packs of game cigars priced at 0.99, was charged $5.68. When I asked why it was so much cause it should be $2.06 I was told it was taxes... I’ve also gone into buy cigarettes and was charged for each individual pack and not the carton price. I’ve bought other items from them which have broken the same day. Never going to this store again. Would not recommend and will say it’s best to avoid this store. As you can see the “owner” has contacted me leaving a phone number that is either fake or never on. The employe working was not a new employe as I have seen him there for serval months yet the owner and employees this it’s ok to blatantly lie to customers.

I bought a vape and some juices from this shop since the juices had some good prices. I tried to call and ask about their return policy for the vape since I wanted to get a different one. The guy that answered, instead of saying that they did or didn’t have a policy instead said “bye” and hung up. Very unprofessional.
