My first trip in was nearly perfect even though the staff was super busy, they still managed to be friendly and helpful. The only problem was that the clerk sold me an empty box. It really wasn’t on purpose but when I went back there I expected to be treated like a liar. This is when I was impressed; Lisa was the lady who managed and she heard me out. She apologized and she offered me a replacement (one that was slightly more expensive) at NO ADDITIONAL COST. She was sincere about keeping up her part of the deal I guess, 🤷🏻♀️ I just cannot remember the last time somebody actually treated me like a customer so I walked away feeling like I got what I paid for and more. It’s really rare in this day and age but it’s great and I hope 🤞 you guys keep that kind of business and I hope that it serves you well! Thank you again, really appreciate the experience and courtesy 💙
