Cool place, but the clerk sold me a piece the wrong size after I told her the size I needed at least 2x. I live 30 minutes away, and had to make another trip to get the right size. Then it broke due to poor craftsmanship the 2nd day. Other than that, nothing but good experiences at the Sylva store. Will definitely be back!

The staff are awesome and super nice! Saw another review about how Pied wouldn’t refund/return a product, they have a clear and bold sign that states their return policy....that’s one of the reasons why I love going here. I love this place and I love their products!

the friendly, personable and understanding staff render a very pleasant shopping experience and the products i have purchased have been more than adequate. they're often out of stock of things i regularly purchase, but always very helpful in finding me a suitable substitute.

Do not buy anything at this store. Owner does not appreciate the small business World! He will not exchange any defective merchandise. I’m the customer & the customer is always right in the small business world! There are many other stores in the area that are customer friendly! Owner needs to grow up and take a loss once in a while! As of today 12/06/17 let’s see how long his store stays open!
