I would’ve given a 0 but that’s not available. Brenda the clerk at the register is rude and unprofessional. My fiancé stopped there and Brenda asked to verify the name on his debit card AFTER scanning his ID. First, why does it matter whose name is on the card? Secondly, he has stopped there many times in the past without the interrogation. Lastly, if he’s not handing you the card then why are you asking to verify anything?! Oh, one more thing, you are ONLY a clerk in a tobacco store and not the police.

I love Highlife. Friendly people, helpful staff, clean place. Great place to go for all your vaping and etc needs.

This place is the worse. Would n ok t recommend for anything. Customer service is the lowest grade possible. Why doesn't this offer 0-minus star ratings. 1star is an exaggeration.
