I just called to ask about a product they carried, and the woman who answered the phone told me I’d have to come up there myself to find out the price then hung up on me. That’s very rude customer service and that woman should be fired! If you work with the public you need to have manners and actually do your job you don’t tell me your customers to do your job for you. That’s a great way to cut down the money your making.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff has responded rudely to me on 5+ occasions when I've asked about different products. Terrible cigar selection. Illegible, handwritten signs that seem to change every time I go there. Unfortunately, it is the only shop of its kind without driving to Smoker's Choice on Ulster ave.

I've been there 3 and they have always been unfriendly. The 2nd time I purchased a bag of tobacco there, which included a 25 cent coupon on the bottom of the bag for your next purchase. The 3rd (and last) time I tried to redeem it for the same product and they said "We don't accept it." Huh?!?! They don"t accept a coupon on the bottom of the bag of a product they're selling???? I had to argue with them over 25 cents and they finally relented. But really, WHO DOES THAT??? These people are a piece of work. Go somewhere else,

Super unfriendly and unprofessional. Took my cash for something I bought and didn’t bring it in and I asked him for a receipt and he acted like it was a super inconvenience that he had to actually ring it in the register and give me a receipt. Was obviously trying to skip out I’m paying taxes.
