I'm a store manager, and a business owner. I'll tell you the only reason why this store is still open: they are the only ones with a physical store with this many options. People eat with their eyes and whoever owns this place, knows that. Sadly, the person they hired to run the store is a trashy power tripping manager. He conducts his employees from the back. He doesn't even bother to come out and answer your questions. You can just hear his attitude when he tells his employees to answer my questions all the way from the back of the store, which then reflects on the employees. They're not trying to spend enough time with you to try and explain something you may not understand. They assume you're just broke and are wasting their time. When other customers walk in, they start looking at them to see if they'll get a sale from them instead and start rushing me. The guy even left me to go talk to the customers that came in because he honestly thought I wasn't going to buy. It's not like he was the only employee there to help those people. This company must not be paying their employees enough money, which explains this type of behavior. Again, this is what I do for a living, make a store run like a well oiled machine. This store isn't and will soon be losing business to online stores unless they get their customer service in line. I highly recommend you don't go here, unless you'd like to be judged by some broke college drop out about your choices.

The staff may know their product, but they could care less about your experience. They're not patient and just want you to buy something and get out. It's not a welcoming place. People stare at you everywhere you walk in the store and when you ask to see different things, they begin to get upset as if they have something better to do. You're there to work, so do your job. And don't let yourself be on a budget because they are very judgemental and begin to treat you differently. The piece I bought did not come with the original pieces, you can tell the banger was of lesser quality than the rig itself, so you know they swap out the pieces for cheaper ones and sell the parts at other prices to make more profit. Overall, I can tell it's a very shady place, the manager is rude as he can be. Does not care whether you buy or not. Save yourself money, save yourself time and buy your glass online from reputable sources and not crooked businesses like these.

I've always loved it here. I'm glad they finally opened another location as well (Skibo Road/Raeford Rd intersection) it's much closer to me. The selection of papers, non-tobacco/natural products, as well as all types of rigs and storage containers, and whatever else your heart could desire.
