Best Smoke shop in Durham. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about every product. They give the best suggestions, and have never steered me wrong. I trust their opinions. They become family. Not to forget the abundance of merchandise. If you have not visited, you should!

This place is great. Very welcoming environment and employees who are quick to help and tell you about anything in the store. Incredible selection of blown glass and any other tobacco item you would ever need. I’ve been going here for the last 5 months and won’t go anywhere else in Durham.

Love this place! Best customer service ever. I walked in, hoping to buy a pack of smokes, and the guys there hooked me up with a vaporizer to help me quit smoking cigarettes. Because of that, I have not smoked one in the last 5 months. HIGHLY IMPRESSED. :) Definitely recommend.

I really enjoy stopping here. It's always the same two guys and they're incredibly helpful. The selection is very wide from cigarettes to cigars to glassware to vape and pods. Haven has a great many juices to choose from in both freebase and nic salts. This also seems like a great place to just hang and vape.
