Very knowledgeable staff. Even put up with me asking questions (so many questions) about things they knew I had no intention of buying today. I highly recommend shopping here. Not only are the employees rad the prices are very reasonable.

Place is amazing. Great customer service. With upbeat charismatic sales associates! I can feel the excitement the moment I walk into this wonder land. Because at least 2 hello's greet me every time. Knowledge is plentiful and maturity is quietly and firmly upheld at all times. Thank you High Life. For being one of the finer places in the community.

Would not recommend this shop to anyone, absolutely horrible customer service. Came in and bought a pipe this morning. Employee was rude then, but I didn't think much of it. Upon arriving home i notice the titanium piece had a giant hole in it. Not possible to use, completely broke. Returned to exchange said piece and was told I couldn't return it and that I was stuck with a broken pipe. Will not return, suggesting all my friends and family do the same. Horrible customer service
