Bought a vape that did not work at all and they wouldn’t give me a refund or swap it for another one. This place has FAKE VAPES and has horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

I have not shopped but just a few of these stores but find them all to be very pleasant places to do business. My home store in Clinton has to be the flagship of the 21-store fleet as it is always impeccable in cleanliness. In fact, it's cleaner than many restaurants I've been inside. The clerk there knows her customers by first name and usually knows what product/brand as they come into the store. I feel like my business is appreciated and I'm always treated with respect, courtesy and kindness. I am proud to be a customer of this store, please do not change a thing.

I enjoy going to this particular store because the clerk (Emily) always is very friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. I have been in the store plenty of times when she has had some very rude customers, she still treats them with the upmost respect. I used to work customer service and i know sometimes it can be very hectic but she handles it all in stride.
