High Life Smoke Shop on 10039 University City Blvd Ste J

Came into the store today to see one worker who was busy speeding from side to side to help take care of customers. While doing so she kept letting everyone know that she was working solo and would get to everyone as soon as she possibly could. She handled everyone in the store calmly and politely despite being alone and busy. When she got to me she took her time to give me answers to the questions I had on their selection/prices of kratom even though their were plenty of other people to help. Awesome customer survice! Only reccomendation is to not have one worker working a busy store in the middle of university. Other than that I always love this store and it’s people!

I absolutely LOVE this place and could spend all day there whenever I go!! I'm 63 and it takes me back to some of the best and most fun days in high school! Everyone there is knowledgeable, friendly, cool, and know you after you've been in a couple of times! Just like the Cheers bar! Maria, Anna and Noah are brilliant and so sweet and kind to my special needs daughter, who also loves it there! All in all, you just can't beat this place!

I really like the staff here. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. I got a white magnetic vape pen for so cheap. I am naming her Snow White and she and I are going to have some great adventures.

Been twice, very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of different options. Only issue is kind of tight parking in the back but there are other parking options nearby.

I thought I was going to like this place from the outside, looks awesome, but after I walked in, my attitude was forced to change. Upon entering, i was immediate yelled at to put on a mask, I just forgot to have it on, it was in my pocket so I immediately throw it on, then after trying to speak to the white male with kinda long hair about doing business, he suddenly thinks I’m a suspected criminal, mind you I’m a representative of a prominent vendor in NC. But the gentleman barely gave me a chance to speak, and I decided bu the way my character was attacked, maybe attempting to do business with this very cool establishment wasn’t worth it at this time. The interaction was very odd, I never had an experience like that in a smoke shop after doing business with lots of them over the past decade. Idk, weird.

I bought a junky vape there. Spent $15 The guy assured me the floor model would work. When I charged it, it started hissing and emitting a fluid. It was something like glue, or rubbing alcohol. Very scary!!!! I took it back to them so I could get store credit towards something else but they don't do returns! Because of this, the $15 that I was going to spend, today, I will never shop there again!!! Your policies suck! I will definitely tell my friends not to go there!!!

Griffith and Matt are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I recently stopped in because I have been trying CBD prerolls brands. I fell in love with the Darling "Hemp Smokes" from Asheville, NC. This brand is thoughtful, beautiful and pure, top to bottom. Their packaging says it best, "Smokes made from hemp grown the right way - without heavy metals, micro toxins, or pesticides. No filler, no shake, no compromise.
