I brought a smok vape from store had problems with it from very start had problems with it not turning on and saying check battery after 2 weeks of aggravation I took it back to store wanted another one or my money back they would not give me either I do not recommend buying a vape from them

I was in a rush, all I wanted was a bottle of vape juice, I knew exactly what I wanted. The store was supposed to open at 9am, I was there at 10am and it was closed. It finally opened at 10:15 and there was another customer in front of me. After waiting another 20 minutes for the clerk to help the other customer and ring him up, I find out they didn't even have what I wanted in stock, so I had to get something else.

I don't know who the 'polite, knowledgeable' staff is that other reviewers are referring to, but today was awful. Man had no clue what products we were asking for. Was too busy on his phone to hear what we were saying. We'd ask for something and were met with him not responding for 5 seconds, then looking up from his phone and saying, 'I'm sorry, what did you say?' On top of that we asked him if he was trained on vape products, and he said no. Why are you working in a smoke/vape shop then?
