My experience with cloud 9 experience is always a pleasure. Shop reached out to me personally about something I bought and went there and they took care of my issue quickly. Would not recommend any other smoke shop for any needs always come to cloud 9 best smoke shop around 9/13/2020 This is an add on to my last review best vape shop around crazy to go anywhere else. I messed up my bong attachment to my gas mask I purchased from here and literally called and the next day they got me a replacement bong for 20 bucks to my gas mask best shop ever I don’t like doing business anywhere else.

Bought a $23 Hyde that was burnt out of the package and they refused to replace it like other smoke shops. Used to go here weekly but that’s the last time I ever spend my money here. Go to another smoke shop where they take care of their customers and stand behind their products.

I've just quit smoking cigarettes and wanted to try vaping. I went into a couple of other shops and they were not helpful at all. I drove by cloud 9 smokes and figured I would try one more time. Once I walked in the the store I knew this place was different. They had a big choice of devices and juices. The guy that took care of me was very helpful and patient with me since i didn't know anything about vaping. I have been back to the shop a few times and they are always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Love this shop. Huge selection and best prices. One of the best shops I've been in, whatever you need they should have it and if not they'll order it. Not many places do that for you. That's customer service! I wish I can give them 10 stars lol keep it up Cloud 9
