Before i spew my rant i would like to say smokers choice has what im looking for and the oswego staff is great especially the one next to aldis.To the little asian "man" working the counter at the genesee st. shop that feels the need to be especially unprofessional I invite you to come meet in the parking lot one night after work and come talk to me about it. If you see this feel free to message me. Ill show up asap. It is completely unnecessary to tell someone they need id when they simply set foot in the store. Then laugh and snicker at them as they walk out then my wife walks in and isnt even carded even while making a purchase. The funniest thing is i give this store quite a bit of cash weekly sooooooo..

Employees are some of the most inconsiderate. They have closed the door in my face once, and when I tried to open the door it was locked. I stood outside confused and watched the employees smoking freely in the store. Keep in mind that it is 3 pm on a Tuesday so their signs all say open. I figured that this was just a bad couple of employees and attempted to come back another time (during business hours) and the door was locked again. I called and watched the employees inside once again ignore me while smoking inside the store. So needless to say I will never be giving Smokers choice my business again and have already spread the word to all of my friends. Thanks for sucking!

What a nightmare. I have been there 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years and there was decent hookah service. The last time I visited, I tried to buy a small pack of cigarillos. After the cashier demanded to see my ID before checkout, and providing a perfectly legal and valid drivers license, I was informed that it was "unacceptable." There is absolutely nothing wrong with my ID and it is still 100% valid. I am almost 30 years old and I was told to leave the store. HOW EMBARRASSING. The staff has become completely rude, slow, and unhelpful. Their cigars are all old and dried out. Their hookah tobaccos are similarly ruined. Just go to Smokers Choice downstairs, Mallard Tobacconist, or Empire Newsstand instead... Anything but this dump. I am not affiliated with any other stores, but I would rather forego instead of giving these people my money.

This one is in Shop City Plaza. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly. I prefer to buy tobacco products here over other stores, because the prices are very good. Keep in mind that in Onondaga County the smoking age was raised to 21 years old, which is above the state age of 19.

Store Staff is good but corporate staff is garbage. Selling glass as quartz (not one but two pieces within 10 min broke) an then tell you to screw yourself when it breaks literally the first time it's used, that's terrible business where i come from

The employees here are courteous and kind prices are reasonable it's a last minute to go place when everything else is closed are usually open I recommend them
