The team is always ready to help me with any issues or questions I have regarding all of my tobacco products. The store is always kept stocked, organized, and clean. I have always had a good experience and the Smokers Choice team has always been very friendly like seeing an old friend.

driving through and needed a new device. I got to the hotel and discovered that my new vape wasn't working. i was pretty frustrated, but when I was driving back I stopped in again and the staff totally took care of me. replaced the device with a working one. would definitely recommend this shop.

Best aspect of this store are the employees, which are the only reason I would continue going there. While they may have a good selection for anything their store policy of "no returns" is terrible, especially when most of the vapes they sell are cheaply made and from China. The mark up on the prices for vape products, especially the mods and other electronics, is robbery but that is a common practice in many vape stores. Have had many vape mods break randomly or begin having problems before breaking withing a month. Even has one not working within the store, before I left. I don't reccomend Smokers Choice, at all, but with the selection and helpful employees there isn't much else. Seriously, Smokers Choice better thank the employees they have at this location because otherwise they would lose a ton of business, I guarantee it.

The place had everything under the sun. Ranging from tobacco products, pipes, and pieces. Really nice quality glass. An AMAZING stock of incense with almost 25+ varieties of smells.Could use another cashier in the place as it was packed and everyone there had special orders. Overall I would recommend this shop to anyone who has an interest in Vaping. Smoking. Or even the occasional incense burner. The store's layout is great, sleek, sharp, and clean. I absolutely love this store. It is THE shop in Rome for any needs whether it be vaping. Smoking or curios. The Picture posted is the incense collection.
