Village Smoke Shop on 12 E Central Ave

Zero refunds and all he sells are broken lighters. My friends and I all got three different butane lighters there and NONE of them were in working condition. Not a joke, all of them leaked and did not hold a fraction of the butane. This place is a total rip if you want anything related to cigars.
