They recommended a charger for my vape batteries that ended up working horribly. Asked for an exchange (not even a refund) and they refused. Will not be returning here.

They gave me the wrong peice after I was specific about what I needed, I assumed saying I needed a male peice was clear enough, he hands me a box and I choose two peices, not seeing that they are for a different style pipe, even though I specifically said I needed it to fit in side the water pipe. Got home and my husband tells me it was wrong, for an outdated style rig. And they refused to take it back after an hour and still having the stickers on it. Screw this place they are rude and obviously stoned on some heavy substance 24/7. The guys eyes were all glassy and he was sweaty and gross. Don't shop here.

As a regular customer of this Smokers Choice store, I'm angry to have to be writing this review. I couldn't have had a worse experience at the store location. I went in with a small group of friends to purchase a pipe. I found one in the glass case marked $19.99 and brought it up to buy. The cashier did not tell me my total until after he inserted my card, and it was $32. When the cashier said that, my friend pointed out the piece is marked $19.99 and instantly the assistant manager came over and began verbally assaulting my friend and me. She refused to cancel the purchase, let us exchange the piece, or give us back the $10 that the price tag said was ours. I had not even signed the receipt at this point. She began telling us everything was our fault, she didn't care that the store messed up, waving pieces of paper in our face with the return policy -- mind you, we had not even left the counter yet! I am absolutely appalled. We left with our piece and receipt without signing the cashier copy ONLY TO FIND OUT the assistant store manager had removed the price sticker from the piece so we couldn't even prove anything when we return to speak to the actual store manager about it later! I went in to ask her if we could have the tag back and she laughed in my face and claimed "college students are what is wrong with this town". This woman needs to be fired. In my 21 years of life I have never been so blatantly disrespected by an employee of any establishment. Two people in line behind us even found us outside and gave advice on how to handle the situation because she was so out of line. The group of 4 I was with have been long-term, regular customers of Smokers Choice but we will never be spending money in your establishments again. i cannot believe you would let someone with such horrible customer service be given the title of assistant manager.

The two guys that work the later shift are rude, will never go to this location again. Don’t bother buying anything here unless you’re willing to show ID three separate times. The guys on Chestnut street are a lot nicer. Also if you purchase whip cream chargers be prepared to answer a lot of irrelevant and invasive questions. The one guy claimed “I’m not a cop or anything just wondering why you’re buying these” upon FIRST purchase.
