When a customer is new and doesn’t know what they’re asking for but shows the product, it is expected that the sales clerk would be knowledgeable and helpful. Today, may 15, 2019, I was spoken to by a “young” girl that was rude and disrespectful. I was snickered at , loudly and told that I’d better ask for the product by name. She obviously was trying to impress the boys in the shop. Will not be a customer here again.

I was treated rudely. Old lady watched me as if I was going to steal. Also was very racist to my sister's boyfriend.

I usually stop in here in the evenings after work to buy a pack of cigarettes & occasionally buy a box of cigars. The employees are always pleasant, quick & courteous, especially Debbie! She is genuinely the nicest & always willing to go the extra mile for me. She offers me matches, answers my questions (cigar recommendations) & is always willing to go the extra mile for me... all while smiling. I don't know which Debbie the other reviewer spoke to, but it's certainly not the one I interact with!
