The shop itself is awesome and has a variety of most smoker needs. My biggest problem with this business is the employees. I’ve heard the employees were knowledgeable, but going in asking questions, they answer with questions. Several times I have bought juice they have never asked my nicotine lvl. Yes I know this also my fault but any other vape shop near me double checks. They have recommended the wrong coils to me and several of my friends. Honestly. I feel the employees are just too stoned all the time. They don’t hide it well either. If you know what you need and what you are looking for, you will most likely come out a content customer. If you are new, do your research before you walk in, they are absolutely no help at all

Friendly enough employees...generally have what i need (VAPE) and can talk alil shop too... juices, rdas etc....nice place for vape/smoke shop

Horrible customer service. I bought a recycler yesterday and walked out of the store and looked at it, and noticed a crack. When I went right back in the employee told me to call today, so I did. When I called the manager just said all sales are final and that I had a chance to check it out before I bought it. Bull. I had to wait for about a half an hour before any one even helped me, to see anything in the cases. When Max did finally decide to help me he dropped the nail for the recycler on the floor, although it didn't break. I think he may have been under the influence. I have been a repeat customer for a couple years now and it ends today, I feel as though what happened to me was wrong and almost criminal. Do not shop here support your local head shop and if you don't have one go see Mama g at Hornell hookah. Do not shop here these folks don't care about their customers.

I went yesterday, sign very clear on the door stating call, so I did, the girl working was AMAZING! She told me should could bring 2pieces at a time to the window so I could look after I told her what I was looking for, one out of the first 2 she brought I instantly fell in love with, and I purchased. The whole process was so easy and she was a sweetheart! So thank you for making my experience and my quarantine much much better...oh yeah, and he wasn't even mad he loves it too!😉

My wife came in today, she explained to the woman what was going on...she was so kind and so sweet my wife cam home in tears she was so happy. Thank you for helping her!!! She is pain and anxiety free and this is something she has never been able to acheive before, even on heavy meds. She said you were so understanding and so sweet (again) so thank you!!!!

Bought a hundred dollar glass bong. Smokes through it prolly two times. Clogged. Cleans it (tedious process due to the fact its clogged on the inside in the second perc, so more or less. Can't get to it with out soaking the whole thing with specific cleaners yourw not suppose to ingest, so then you got soak it agaaain) smokes through it prolly one more time. Clogged again... 100% not worth even 40 dollars.. Nice piece tho.. Til you smoke through it lol
