Called to ask if they have a specific type of cigar for my dad for Father’s Day. Managed to get out “do you have Romeo and Jullietta Cla...” was cut off and told “Yeah we have them your gunna have to come in to see what we have, I can’t talk on the phone right now” in a hostile tone as if I was pissing him off by calling. No, “sorry we’re busy call back later”. No, “give me your number and I’ll call back when I can talk”. No, “please hold I’m helping a customer”. No customer service whatsoever. Guy was a total jerk.
