I'm sorry I didn't add my experience there. I always have a great experience there. The staff are very nice and very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to see that you have another store! Great atmosphere and company in Puff & Pipe! Love my glow in the dark water pipe!

First let me say that this would be a 5 star review if it was just based my initial experience. The employee who helped me was very nice friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me buy a new tank and box of coils for it. Few days later I go to use one of the coils and they are not the right size for my tank. Not a big deal, I go back and the employee who I spoke to was very nice and understanding. She said that they were actually out of stock in coils that I need. She calls her manager and her tells him this. He tells her that since I opened the box and took a coil out even though I didn’t use the coil he was not going to do anything for me. I never asked for a refund, and he made it clear that I was not entitled to anything. How was I supposed to know the coil wouldn’t fit unless I took one out to try. The fact that he didn’t offer anything, product exchange or credit for when they do get the right size coils in was bad business. He basically stole 25$ from me since the only way for me to use those coils would have been to spend $50 on a tank that worked with them. I will never use them again and it’s a shame.

All good. Can’t beat it. Jimmy is a great dude. If you wanna know what something is, he’ll tell you all you need to know about it. He’ll answer any questions that you might have. If you wanna have a conversation, that’s fine with him too!
