I LOVE Wizard Smoke Shop. Carlo is the MAN! He is an extremely knowledgeable professional. Every time we speak, he teaches me something new. Carlo always recommends products that he knows I'm going to like and lets me know what's new in the store. HEY BOSS, GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Seriously, give him a raise. He's an asset to your business.

I used to love coming here but I am severely dissatisfied with my recent purchase. I was sold a DIRTY RIG. The manager said he cleaned it but when I got home there was dirty res and brown stuff stuck to the prongs. I didnt use it and came back the following day where I was basically told it was my fault and to blow. I expected more from a shop that is trying to build a reputable community. Grossed out and disrespected.
