Great shop and very knowledgeable and friendly employees. They really do their research on everything they carry and they’ve never led me astray. They’ve gone out of their way to accommodate me and that’s a rare aspect in this community. They will continue to be my go to shop.

Overpriced. Simple as that. Large various selection, but overpriced. Paid $60 for an ash catch to watch it snap at the neck from little to no pressure what so ever, very unfortunate. If you shop here, make sure you don't let them rob you 🤣🤣

The people were fabulous! So helpful and really tuned in to my frazzled state of mind as I was here days after my Dad passed away. The woman at the register came out and gave my sister and I hugs and wished us well. 10 outta 10 Highly recommended

Decent selection, probably one of the better shops around however prices are insane for anything of actual solid quality. like way above most other places and online. staff seems knowledgeable but kindve rude, I almost feel uncomfortable asking questions because the lady behind the counter is so closed off and dismissive. Almost makes you feel like borderline bad if you ask to see or hold something. small things like that go a long way for me and I’ll probably just take my business elsewhere or shop online. would avoid unless you’re in a jam

Best place around, by far. I came here opening week 10 years ago, and have remained a loyal customer since. The staff are incredible. Very patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and of course friendly. They also have a great selection in all price ranges!
