Very disappointed in the QUALITY of glass products here. Attached is a photo showing a quartz banger I bought for $25 the other day, and was used maybe 10 times. It broke as I was twisting the banger because it wasn't centered. Staff was very helpful and did their job, I'm just upset about the waste of money and wish I could return it, but NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS.
