I made a quick stop here after physical therapy. It was my first time visiting and I was blown away. This outlet is vast and impressive. So many options and variety of yarns to choose from at great prices. A yarn lovers paradise for sure. The staff was super nice and attentive. I even bumped into the Lion Brand Ambassador Shira Guild who greeted me warmly. I commended her on the Hat Not Hate initiative which is awesome.

Lion Brand Yarn Outlet on 140 Kero Rd

I am in Canada and purchased 3 big balls of Lion Brand Scarfie Yarn to make a blanket. The skeins were horrible....bunched up about 3 yards into the skein......in places, the yarn was so thick that I could hardly get the yarn through the hook. I have tried contacting many Lion Brand locations about this unsuitable yarn but just kept getting pushed from one place to another. I have posted pictures of the terrible sections of the yarn. A response would be greatly appreciated.
