I used to love this pawn shop like 15 to 20 years ago, but now the new owner (you'll know who he is when you see the bald headed dose that's always behind the counter) is a real piece of work! I went there recently because I had passed my gun safety course and was awaiting my PAL card in the mail, so I decided to go window shopping around different stores to scope out the prices for guns and ammo at local stores. I came in to the store, and the old guy that always works there was nice and started talking to me. The owner was in the back of the store behind the counter and was talking to someone. I asked if the had a 500 pack of 22lr bullets for $25 as advertised on their website. The owner heard me and started laughing saying that they never had that! I then asked him why it was advertised on their website, he didn't even believe me, so I challenged him to check, he did and saw I was right but just brushed it off and said they hadn't had that deal in years. So now all of a sudden he changes his story, and why would you not update your website for years? Looks lazy! Then I asked if I could see the guns, he asked if I had my PAL card, I said not yet but I'm waiting for it and I'm shopping around, if I like the prices I will be coming back soon to buy. He was just like "if you don't have your card I can't bring you upstairs to see the guns, I don't have time to do that...". The old guy wasn't doing anything and they weren't busy, there's no reason they couldn't have brought me to have a quick look! When you go to real store like Cabela's or Bass Pro you can see the guns on display even if you don't have your card. Needless to say I won't be going now that I do have my card. He treated me like I wasn't worth their business so they can kiss my f****** a**!

This place is a joke, I drove 2 hours to purchase a firearm and after choosing the one I wanted I was told by the staff that he was not going to serve me because my girlfriend had a cold and told us to get out. Never again, go to cabela's if you want quality service and not idiot staff

Great customer service! I bought over the Internet, John made sure to ship promptly. Packaging was sturdy with plenty of filler to protect my merchandise from damage. John also kept me well informed throughout the whole process with email updates. Overall, I had a very good experience - Thanks.
