Everytime I visit D's, both the brother are very professional, their business has great energy, I feel welcomed, and the brothers are knowledgeable of their craft! The option of various products are always in stock. The location is not convenient for me, but I appreciate their customer service so the extra duration to D's is worth! As a Navy Veteran 02-12(Active) I highly recommend D's Smoke Shop and Gift. They value their stakeholders. V/r AD1(AW/SW)

Went in to see if they had any premium tobacco and couldn't resist asking about their water pipe selection. Amazing these are hand blown. Staff was helpful and really try their best to take care of the customer.

Had a product for sale, we agreed to a price and he knew I was coming back next week for it. Went back and they tried gouging an extra dollar out of me. Told him I wasn't going to negotiate again, said either honor the price, or I'm gone. He didn't and kept trying for more money. Never going back, too shady. Edit: If that's what your fellow employee told you, he lied to you. I was there with the $37 and he tried to renegotiate the price. At first he offered $45 and when I declined and told he you and I already negotiated he then offered $38. I told him I'm not going to renegotiate and that he either honor the price you and I talked about or I walk, and instead of honoring the deal, he chose to bait and switch and try to gouge for more. So I walked. So no, this doesn't "clear up our misunderstanding," it just points out that you guys aren't on the same page and let a customer walk over $1 because your other employee felt cocky that day.
