Best hookah lounge and retail shop in Omaha! I’m a regular hookah smoker and X-hale is where I go to get my shisha and coals. Also, sometimes I go for a hookah session to try out new flavors and mixes. The hookah is quality and the space ventilation is excellent, very authentic and traditional! The lounge atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, especially since they added the new seating recently. They play a mix of western and arabic music in the background but not too loud so it’s easy to have a conversation or focus on work. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, especially the owner who has over 15 years of experience and is always offering great advise on different brands and tips for making a good hookah. If you’re looking for quality hookah supplies or smoking experience then look no further! I strongly recommend checking it out if you’re into hookah! 10/10 !!

Best hookah spot in Omaha NE hands down! Always a great experience at X hale, the hookah is always set up proper, it's a nice environment to be in with friendly and helpful staff and good WIFI if you want to bring your computer.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is extremely helpful, always giving great recommendations on new flavors when I come to smoke in the lounge as well as honest advise on the best products/hookahs to buy when I come in for retail. They have EVERYTHING and if you’re looking for a brand/flavor/product they don’t have, the manager will order it for you which is just amazing and shows how much they care about their customers! My favorite thing about this place (other than the exceptional hookahs) is the lounge atmosphere: they have plenty of couches that are really comfortable and well spaced out so you don’t feel like you’re sitting right next to another group and they recently added big high top tables which has been great for times when I come in to work on stuff or play cards with my friends. They have lots of cold drinks as well as tea and coffee and I love that they play some Arabic music, it definitely sets the vibe for the place. The hookahs are always made perfectly, they smoke well and don’t get too harsh, but if they do, one of the employees is always right there fixing it for me! The prices are very reasonable; I used to go to 402 and they charged $2 more than xhale does for the same brand and didn’t have the other high quality brands that xhale offers. There’s also the matter of the seating limit..every lounge has one but the difference is, xhale gives you the option to pay $5 for extra people instead of making you get another hookah like they do at 402, so it ends up being way cheaper. Definitely try this place out, you’ll be glad you did!

Absolute horrible place, they charge 5 dollars for every extra person here or 10 dollars for another hookah, they have absolute no customer satisfaction here, I would highly recommend going to Hooka 402 right behind them, this place is not worth the time or money.
