Wicked Smoke on 1603 West O Street

I was stopping through from out of town and running out of juice .If you vape, don't get juice from here. Not sure what vg/pg ratio is but juice is thin and tastes like cough syrup. Now I need to stop somewhere else for juice that will have better favor.

Worst customer service and treatment I have ever gotten from any store period. Highly recommend checking at other shops before coming to this one. Staff is very uneducated about their products, as well as the owner. Mellissa Austin (Owner of Wicked Smoke) Fails to deliver a pleasing experience to her customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

I would rather stop smoking than walk into this store again! They raised the price on the particular items I buy, but never changed the sign. When called out on it they wouldn't make it right. That was 2 days ago, I called today and they wouldn't take a complaint over the phone at first. The first employee was rude but figured the manager would actually be apologetic for the incident. I figured wrong! She was just as rude! I will never step foot in this place again. I must thank them though, you guys are going to save me a ton of money by ordering my stuff overseas now. Update: Response to the owner... the night before when I came in the price was different from what you saw when I called. Maybe check your cameras and watch your employees change the price after they were called out on it. You ask what you could have done, honor the price that was listed when I came in the store. Taking a small cut one time and keeping the customer coming back at the higher rate after that would have been much more profitable for you in the long run. Like I said though, your saving me a ton of money, so thank you.
