I've never had an issue with this store until today. I got 2 packs of cigarettes and went to run an errand. When I went to open one pack I noticed they gave me 100s instead of regular. I went back to exchange this unopened pack and was told they could not exchange without a receipt. I was not given a receipt nor was I offered a receipt option. The same 2 guys were working and I had only been gone for an hour at most. I was given an attitude and told I should have asked for a receipt. I should not have to do their job for them nor assume they are going to get my order wrong. I had another product I bought at the same time and showed them that as well. They still refused to exchange the wrong pack and continued to give me rude customer service. Shame on those guys for lacking intelligence ad well as any sense of what customer service means. Sadly I will no longer give them my business and I hope those guys are re-trained or find a different job not in customer service.

The guys who work at "smoker" are very knowledgeable about tobacco.Ask them a question and will tell you. A complete line of tobacco products!A great store!BRAVO!

I love this smoke shop! My favorite. Their smoker friendly tobacco is good quality and priced a dollar less than most brands but better quality. Staff is super helpful and friendly. No lines and a nice shop 😊
