I always feel soooo unwelcomed as soon as I walk through the door. I spend money there each week to be treated so poorly! If I had the option to go somewhere else I would but I can’t given I have to walk and it’s down the street. One time I paid with a couple dollar bills and change and this guy looked at me and said “count it” and I said “you want me to do your job for you?” and he said “I have to help other customers” and at that moment and younger skinnier girl had walked in.. she can wait 40 secs while you do your job and count change! If he would have asked nicely I would have had no problem helping him out but he was so stuck up and rude. So disrespectful!!!! There are so many reviews on there bad customer service, why isn’t anything being done about it?? If nothing changes I will start calling management and bosses! Your job isn’t a chore, do it right.

I went in with the intention of spending $500 to 1k if the right piece caught my eye. After entering the store, the lady asked if it would be a quick purchase, to which I replied I wanted to look at some glass. She rolled her eyes and scoffed before telling me to limit it to under 5 minutes and no window shopping. I understand trying to limit customers time in the store, but I have Never purchased a nice piece without expecting to be able to atleast check it out prior to purchase. I went in hoping to come out with a nice piece from a store I have supported in the past, but left pretty bothered instead.

Super poor choices and poor customer service. Left without purchasing anything, also over priced tobacco products. Very disappointing

I don't usually have a bad experience here, but the last couple times i have came in, the staff has been very unfriendly. i honestly will keep coming in, but nice and friendly employees would make the experience at least a little bit enjoyable.
