Love this store.. very convenient but sometimes customer service isnt that great. This store seems to not like giving deals that every other discount store has.. kind of confusing.

Cashiers will accommodate drive thru customers who want cbd and kratom for 20 minutes while a line builds up (half of which are 3 sheets and way over talkative.) even when it's obvious the customer needs o come in and make an educated decision on the multiple products. That's worse than letting people play scratchers in line. I frequent this place since moving to Webb city and the guy let me break a bill over 3¢ once and 9¢ another time. They do have cheep smokes and no one has EVER mean or disrespectful, just not super friendly for Missouri. Sadly still my first choice in town ಠಿ_ಠ

I bought a pack of Marlboro blue 100's, got home opened the pack smoked one cigarette and once I realized it was stale attempted to return the pack. I was informed that even though they knew it was 2 years old and sold it to me, that if I wanted my money back I would have to go through Marlboro. That is the most absurd policy I have ever heard in my life! Why would the manufacturer be responsible for the store selling me 2 year old cigarettes?? The owner Sam is a joke and refused to take responsibility. This was my first time ever in this store and trust it will be my last!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and telling anyone I know to avoid loosing money to this con artist.
