Decent products. Decent quality. Horrible service. Sorry. But when it says you open at noon and then 4 times in the last month I've shown up between 12:30 and 1:30 and you're not even open. And no one answerws the phone, ever. Its currently 12:30 and I've watched 4 cars pull up and check the door in the last 5 minutes. I miss the old enployees/owner.

I bought a Vape for $100 from Blue moon smoke shop and the next day it stopped working and the owner refused to exchange it, he would not work with me at all. So Do Not Buy a Vape from this place If something goes wrong with it, the minute you walk out, he will never exchange it. I just wanted to let people know. That was the worst customer service experience I've ever, ever, ever experienced

Blue Moon Smoke shop is amazing because they help me pick the right water pipe for my needs and the right pipe for certain tobacco's. And if I buy from them a lot they'll generally give me some sort of small discount, which is kind of a nice added touch, being as it's family-owned.
