Do not shop here ever! If I could put 0 stars I would. I bought two disposable e cigarettes. One did not work and they would not give me my money back. I didn't open the other one so I did get a refund on that one. They sell you stuff that doesn't work and refuse to give you your money back. Never ever go into this dirty disgusting store.

This little store on the outer road along side of I-70 is great. It has a little bit of everything from fresh cigars to all kinds of smoking accessories, must be 50 flavors of incense, cant even tell you how many kinds of beer they have. Prices are decent. Check them out if you in the area. Nice people !

Step into the well stocked clean smoke shop. They stock cigars, cigarettes, beer and liquor. With a walk-in beer cooler. It's a good place to go to gather supplies and prepare for some fun at home. The staff is always friendly, the prices are competitive.

I really hate to put a 1 star review for the Smoke Shop because it deserves 5 simply for their customer service. My 1 star is because their awesome manager, Groovy Girl is gone. I came in today and heard she was no longer their. No details but she was the only reason I would shop their. I never had to tell her what I needed after my first visit their. She always had my stuff ready when I walked in. The service was super fast. Her conversations were always positive. I never left there without a smile until today.

Well, I was getting my cigarettes there. the guy told me he would save the white cartons for me so I could get a good discount. Ice received one white carton the whole time he has been there. Now I can't even get a stamp to earn a big discount after so many cartons if I use my debit or credit card it has to be cash only. He has slowly taken away benefits.

Swedish Snus is the reason I visit. The pricing is no better than QT, but they consistently have rolls in stock. If I don't order from Sweden and pay $40 for shipping, I come here. Downside.. they don't carry Ettan loose. Only General portion. And what they do carry it's at full retail.

Always great prices and kind of hit or miss customer service. Some of the clerks are very nice and upbeat, the ones that can't get off their phones while they deal with customers tick me off. I drive 30 miles to spend my money with you, please show some courtesy and get of your phone. Usually clean inside and hardly ever have the panhandlers outside anymore...thats a good thing.

Nice selection of incense...although it's just one brand. Loose tobacco, cigarette tubes with filter, e-cigs, cigars, pipes and cigerettes....once again, there's just not a huge selection. Prices are decent nothing overpriced.

Store was very clean, easily accessible, ideal for those interested in a low key visit without being rushed into a hurried, anxious impulse purchase. Customer service was top notch! I was subtly greeted by the attending associate when I entered the store. As I slowly sauntered around the store browsing merchandise and mentally considering price comparisons among the selections offered to me in store versus competitor pricing and previous shopping experiences at other stores. The associate appropriately gauged my body language as I browsed, knowing I was prepared to ask her about any merchandise should I have an inquiry. Appreciated her not asking a million questions and trying to push merchandise on me. (I often experience that from similar establishments.) I purchased 2 cartons of cigarettes, both considerably fresh, and while they cost less than the neighborhood QuickTrip is selling them for, I really think they have not priced certain cigarette cartons at a rate they could be considered “discount”. I won’t complain much regarding my Camel carton, but the Marlboro Smooth carton I purchased was unfortunately priced vaguely below market, therefore not substantial enough of a discounted price variation to be satisfactory to the consumer. I did enjoy the incense selection available.

I buy all my tobacco here and it's always a nice atmosphere. Rather enjoyable. Except the last time I was there the owner of the business next door was in there talking crazy to the business owner of the tobacco store about a parking spot which wasn't hers. It was right in front of the tobacco store. The manager kept her cool. I doubt I could have.

Great shop! They are the only local place that sells my preferred smoke. The people behind the counter are always friendly and fast. It's a little bit of a drive from downtown but I don't mind. The prices are great, they always have my smokes in stock and the people are really nice!
