I visit the store often. My visit to the store this trip was great. I like being recognized as a familiar face minus the face masks on all patrons and staff. This experience, I was greeted by Josh. Always friendly and I really appreciated this visit as I normally am a creature of habit and shop for the usual. I was introduced to a new product line and it was a hit for me. It wasn’t real busy but I knew Josh was taking the time to explain options to me. I shopped Amazon for my typical items when Covid first broke out. Amazon can’t be as inviting to satisfy curiosity I am as a buyer. Great experience! I will be back as usual.

To the owner of Retro Active- I would appreciate a response, I responded to your comments I received through Google, along with my email and a description of the day and event in question. I bought a torch lighter, I paid $37+ for this lighter. In the process of purchasing this lighter the sales clerk assured me that for as long as i own it if anything goes wrong with it that they would either replace it or they would fix it and give me a loaner until they were able to fix it. Well it hasn't worked for a couple of months now. It lasted me a month maybe! I went to try to get it replaced or fixed at Retro Active today and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me and that the rules have changed due to new ownership or something! I don't care if new owners or not I was told they would do 1 thing or the other if I was to buy this lighter. I do not recommend buying any of the torch lighters from these guys, they do not keep their words on replacing or fixing anything!

Used to give a five star to the people at retro, but because of a new sales associate who is rude, and definitely doesn’t know what they are doing. Her name is Daniel. When coming to a place like this you expect a lighter atmosphere, but this person doesn’t match the culture or make a customer feel wanted. She sold me a product that comes with four pieces. Only gave me two pieces and charged me full price. Today I went in and Daniel was rude to me when asking about prices on an item I definitely intended to buy. She shrugged her shoulders and told me the sales associate that wasn’t on shift didn’t know what they were talking about when there was a price discrepancy. I would have still bought the item but her rude demeanor and gestures made me just leave. To everyone else there I love you guys.
